Projeter une tour est acte politique fort en terme de :

dynamisme le reflet d’une cité, d’une culture, d’un lieu en profonde mutation.

technologie la capacité de défier les lois de la nature.

image c’est-à-dire la résultante des éléments précédents qui envoie un message clair et emblématique.
En bordure de Seine, en vis-à-vis de Paris, Issy-les-Moulineaux mène depuis plusieurs années une requalification urbaine qualitative et connaît un fort dynamisme économique. La silhouette de la tour Imefa se doit donc d’être caractérisée sans être pour autant ostentatoire ou perturbante. Ce concours représente à nos yeux ce que doit être aujourd’hui une tour dans un contexte européen ou méditerranéen.

On the banks of the Seine, opposite Paris, Issy-les-Moulineaux has for several years been carrying out a qualitative urban requalification and is experiencing strong economic dynamism. The silhouette of the Imefa tower must therefore be characterised without being ostentatious or disturbing. In our opinion, this competition represents what a tower should be today in a European or Mediterranean context.
