Ce projet immobilier mixte porté par Constructa, combine une forte ambition architecturale et un environnement exceptionnel au carrefour de la France, de l’Allemagne et de la Suisse. Au pied de la passerelle des Trois Pays inaugurée il y 16 ans, Les Jetées incarnent l’élan de modernité de la cité anciennement fortifiée par Vauban.
En mai 2023, la première tranche du projet est livrée avec deux bâtiments importants : Bogen conçut par PietriArchitectes et Link de Triptyque Architecture.
La conception architecturale et paysagère du projet a été guidée par trois ambitions : ouvrir Huningue sur le fleuve en créant un nouveau rapport à l’eau, inscrire la ville dans l’agglomération Bâloise par un projet iconique, et offrir aux habitants un nouveau lieu de vie exceptionnel, au cœur de la trame verte. La nature est au centre du projet ce qui permet de faire du nouveau quartier un refuge pour la biodiversité, qui sera ainsi préservée.
La tour résidentielle Bogen se dresse sur 16 étages, tel un phare sur le Rhin. D’un parti-pris architectural de strates verticales, avec ses balcons dont les gardes corps sont en verre, l’immeuble de haut standing attire le regard par son style sculptural. Par ses lignes et hauteurs, les pièces habitées bénéficient de vues sur le Rhin, la ville et le territoire sont dégagées. Comme une véritable tour signale depuis la place Abbatucci d’Huningue, la passerelle des Trois Pays mène naturellement à elle. La façade latérale en dégradé accompagne le piéton du centre-ville vers les berges, tandis que son rez-de-chaussée largement vitré accueille différents commerces qui complètent le linéaire commerçant et contribue à la création de nombreux lieux de vie et de partage. Le quartier des Jetées a été pensé pour permettre à tous les habitants de profiter des qualités de ce site exceptionnel, au quotidien. Tous les logements bénéficient d’un espace extérieur privatif, largement végétalisé ou conçu en loggia pour préserver l’intimité des résidents. Ainsi, le dégradé de lames de la tour signal permet d’offrir à tous les logements une vue dégagée.
This mixed real estate project led by Constructa combines a strong architectural ambition and an exceptional environment at the crossroads of France, Germany and Switzerland. At the entrance of the Trois Pays footbridge, inaugurated 16 years ago, Les Jetées provides a modern impetus to the city, which was formerly fortified by Vauban.
In May 2023, the first phase of the project was delivered with two important buildings: Bogen, which was designed by PietriArchitectes, and the Link, a projet led by Triptyque Architecture.
The architectural and landscape design of the project was guided by three criteria: opening the town of Huningue up to the river by creating a new relationship with water, integrating the town in the of Basel conurbation through an iconic project, and offering an exceptional new place to live for the residents, at the heart of the green land. This omnipresence of nature makes the new district a refuge for biodiversity, which will thus be preserved.
The 16-storey Bogen Tower stands on the Rhine, just like a lighthouse facing the river. With its architectural bias made of vertical strata, with its balconies which railings are made of glass, the high standing building attracts the eye with its sculptural style. With the building’s lines and heights, the inhabited rooms benefit from views over the Rhine, the town and the territory. Appearing like a signal tower from the “Place Abbatucci” in Huningue, the Trois Pays footbridge naturally leads to it. The side facade accompanies pedestrians from the city center to the banks, while its largely glazed ground floor accommodates various shops that complete the shopping area and contribute to the creation of many places of living and sharing. Les Jetées district has been designed to allow all residents to enjoy the qualities of this exceptional site. All the accommodations benefit from a private outdoor space, largely vegetated and designed as a loggia to preserve the privacy of the residents. Thus, the offset of the tower blades offer an unobstructed view to every dwelling.
