Clairière urbaine
Le projet s'inscrit sur un îlot situé entre une ZAC et un secteur pavillonnaire marquant une entrée de ville. PietriArchitectes a imaginé une composition soignée et harmonieuse.
L'approche vise à créer un équilibre entre espaces bâtis et espaces ouverts, en mettant l'accent sur l'espace vide comme un élément clé du projet. Deux bâtiments dialoguent ainsi pour dégager un intervalle central, qui devient aussi significatif que les constructions elles-mêmes.
Au cœur de cet ensemble, un espace végétalisé prend place. Ce jardin central, en pleine terre, se déploie à l'abri des regards et se prolonge sur la toiture du rez-de-chaussée, créant une véritable "respiration" dans le tissu urbain.
Le projet intègre une démarche environnementale rigoureuse : conception bioclimatique, utilisation de matériaux bas carbone et biosourcés, préservation de la biodiversité, gestion raisonnée de l’eau et limitation des nuisances pendant le chantier, au bénéfice des habitants et des riverains.
The project is located between a ZAC (joint development zone) and a suburban area marking the entrance to the town. PietriArchitectes has designed a careful and harmonious composition.
The approach aims to create a balance between built and open spaces, emphasising empty space as a key element of the project. Two buildings interact to create a central space that becomes as significant as the buildings themselves.
At the heart of this ensemble is a green space. This central, open-ground garden is hidden from view and extends over the ground-floor roof, creating a real ‘breathing space’ in the urban fabric.
The project incorporates a rigorous environmental approach: bioclimatic design, use of low-carbon and bio-sourced materials, preservation of biodiversity, rational management of water and limitation of nuisance during the building site, for the benefit of residents.
