The proximity of the Calanques National Park and in particular the Eagle Mountain make this a privileged site. The existing vegetation is relatively dense.

The two volumes of five levels that make up the whole fit into the terrain in a gentle manner, respecting the existing altimetries as much as possible. The first volume to the east is slightly lower, which minimises its visual impact and fits in with the natural terrain as closely as possible. Their cut volumes meander over the site and interlock to create a plant core in the centre of the plot.

In the gable, the terraces' setbacks create steps that recall the surrounding mountainous topography. To the north of the plot, along Chemin du roi d’Espagne, the discontinuity of the buildings creates a fault in the image of the calanques (creeks) and gives a glimpse of a landscaped garden of Mediterranean scrubland. The accesses to the halls of the two buildings are laid out in the centre of the plot, slightly below the private road, allowing the inhabitants to enjoy the vegetation on a daily basis.

The terraces, still in the extension of the hills, integrate planters planted with trees, gradually from the ground to the roof. In this way, the project takes up the fundamental characteristics of the site in which it is located.
