La Nouvelle Manufacture
Le projet s’implante à l’angle des rues Danton et des Raincy, au cœur de Lyon Part-Dieu, avec une volumétrie qui monte jusqu’au R+5. Il se distingue par une trame unique, tant pour la façade que pour la structure, pensée pour accueillir trois programmes différents – logements, commerces et bureaux réversibles.
Cette trame générique, composée de fenêtres identiques et de plateaux modulables, offre une grande réversibilité des usages : chaque étage peut évoluer selon les besoins, passer du bureau au logement, sans que la structure ou l’identité architecturale ne soient altérées.
Côté cœur d’îlot, la façade met en valeur un espace extérieur végétalisé, véritable prolongement des usages à l’intérieur du bâtiment. Les retraits et différents niveaux permettent la création de terrasses et jardins suspendus, ainsi que de toitures accessibles et végétalisées, apportant lumière, ventilation naturelle et respirations vertes dans un contexte urbain dense.
The project is located at the corner of Rue Danton and Rue des Raincy, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu, with a volume rising to five stories. It stands out for its unique grid pattern, both in terms of the façade and the structure, designed to accommodate three different programs: housing, retail, and reversible offices.
This generic framework, composed of identical windows and modular floors, offers great reversibility of use: each floor can be adapted as needed, changing from office to housing, without altering the structure or architectural identity.
At the heart of the block, the façade highlights a green outdoor space, a true extension of the uses inside the building. The recesses and different levels allow for the creation of terraces and hanging gardens, as well as accessible green roofs, providing light, natural ventilation, and green breathing space in a dense urban context.
