La Résidence
Implantée face à la Porte d’Aix et à proximité de la nouvelle gare Saint Charles d’Euroméditerranée, ce projet développe 100 chambres de résidence hôtelière 4 étoiles pour Résides Etudes. Compte tenu du contexte urbain, le projet est de composition simple, avec un travail particulier sur l’appareillage de la pierre et des modénatures en façade. Dans la continuité du projet de logements, qui le jouxte, les matériaux tiennent une place très importante. La pierre blonde se marie avec le béton blanc et le bois du bâtiment de logements. Il s’agit d’un projet rigoureusement contemporain qui se fond dans le tissu historique du quartier.
